    We are a pet-friendly community allowing a maximum of two pets per unit with a combined weight of 50 lbs . Pet rent is $50 per month per pet, and certain breed restrictions apply.

  • Is on-site parking available?

    Yes, parking is available starting at $200 per space per month.

  • What are the laundry facilities like?

    For your convenience, every single unit includes its own private gas washer and dryer.

  • Are there extra storage options?

    Yes, we offer on-site storage units starting at $85 per month per unit.

  • What utilities and finishes can I expect in the kitchen?

    Our gourmet kitchens feature quartz countertops, tiled backsplashes, and soft-close cabinets . Each is equipped with energy-efficient stainless steel appliances and a deep sink with a soap dispenser .

  • Does every unit have a balcony?

    Yes, every residence at 255 Ridge features its own private covered balcony. Select units also offer impressive NYC views.

  • How tall are the ceilings?

    All residences feature spacious nine-foot high ceilings.

  • What are the closest public transportation options?

    We are a "Commuter's Delight". The bus to NYC (approx. 40-minute ride) stops directly across the street, and the new Lyndhurst train station is only about a 10-minute walk away .

  • How large are the bedrooms?

    Every floor plan features at least one king-sized primary bedroom. Additionally, the bedrooms include walk-in closets with built-in shelf and hanging organizers .
